We are the publishers of the successful National Teachers' Diary, National Teachers' Guide and the initiators of The Stars in Education Awards, the country's primary non-curricular teachers recognition programme. We identified the need for a handbook to give to key stakeholders, to get an overview of education at a strategic level and published the Education Handbook.
The handbook is based on the OECD review on education and includes a summary of the key themes of this review. The Education Handbook supports Argo's existing range of projects and initiatives within the education arena.
It engages with key stakeholders in a dynamic way and provide a comprehensive overview of the industry in South Africa, supported by extensive research, up-to-date facts and insights on key policies. The central theme is on connectivity and the emphasis is on working with various role-players to make a difference and create a sustainable future.
The Education Handbook is designed for key stakeholders in the education industry, offering them an opportunity to present relevant topics for debate and review. Most importantly, it is a platform for collaboration with an open-minded and non-judgemental approach to improve education for all.
